On March 5, 2007, Crosstex Energy, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing
that the Partnership and Crosstex Energy, Inc. (“CEI”) will make a presentation at the National
Association of Publicly Traded Partnership’s Sixth Annual Master Limited Partnership Investor
Conference to be held in New York City on March 7, 2007.
A copy of the press release is furnished as an exhibit to this Current Report.
