(Nasdaq: XTEX) (the Partnership), today announced the appointment of Joel
Moxley as Senior Vice President of Commercial for the South Louisiana
Processing region. Moxley will be responsible for planning and development of
all commercial activities of the region.

Moxley has spent his entire career in the natural gas industry with over
25 years of experience in gas processing, transportation and NGL marketing.
He has spent the past 18 years serving in a variety of commercial roles for
assets across the entire Gulf Coast region. Most recently he served as Senior
Vice President, Fractionation, NGL Pipelines and Storage for Enterprise
Products, L.P. Moxley also serves as Vice President of the Gas Processors
Association.
